Full Circle is a family run independent agency on Brandt School Road. We are not tied to one insurance company, so when we quote your home, your car or your business we can put the same risk in front of eight sets of underwriting rules and bring back the one that actually fits.

Why independent matters
The house has not changed. The company rating it has.
Carriers move. One tightens up on roof age, another decides it wants more business in Allegheny County, a third reprices the whole book. None of that has anything to do with you, but it lands on your renewal all the same.
When your agent has one company, the only answer to that is to absorb it. When your agent has eight, the answer is to go and look. That is the entire argument for an independent agency, and it is worth most in exactly the years when premiums are moving.
